Welcome to KUT Hairhouse! We're so glad you've chosen us to be part of your hair journey. Our goal is to help you feel confident, beautiful, and completely at ease every time you walk through our doors. To give you the best experience possible, we've outlined a few simple guidelines below. These are here to ensure your visit feels smooth, supportive, and stress-free
Hair Enhancement Services
We know how personal your hair is, and we're honored to be part of your transformation. Whether you're exploring a new style or enhancing your natural beauty, we're here to guide you with care and expertise.
New Guests: To create the best experience for you, hair orders need to be placed before we can schedule your installation.
Timing: To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your appointment. While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we'll do everything we can to keep things on track.
Care Products: To keep your hair looking its best, we suggest using the products recommended by your stylist. This helps protect your investment and maintain the longevity of your hair.
Refunds: Because hair orders are custom and tailored just for you, all purchases are final. Using External Hair: We typically use our trusted suppliers to ensure quality, but if you have your own hair, we're happy to discuss it! If approved, we'll ask you to sign a waiver, since we can't guarantee the outcome.
Storage: We'll carefully store any extra hair for up to 6 months after your last visit. If you don't pick it up within 7 days of our reminder, we'll donate it to someone in need-it's a beautiful way to give back.
Pickup: To keep things running smoothly, any outstanding balances will need to be settled before picking up your stored hair. For the safety of your hair, we aren't able to ship stored hair.
Consultations & Deposits
We want to fully understand your vision and make you feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Warm Welcome: A consultation allows us to get to know you, assess your hair, and develop a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
Zoom Meet-and-Greet: We know life can be busy! That's why we offer a friendly Zoom meet-and-greet before your official consultation. It's a chance to answer your questions, discuss your needs, and make sure you feel comfortable before you even step into the salon.
Deposit: A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required for hair enhancement consultations. If you decide to move forward, it will go toward your order. If you change your mind, it will cover the time we've spent creating your personalized plan. Non-Transferable: Deposits are specific to your service and can't be transferred to other services. Payment Fees: A 4% fee applies to electronic payments (except Zelle).
Scheduling & Payments
We want scheduling to be easy and stress-free so you can focus on feeling beautiful. Payment Options: We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle (4% fee for electronic payments, except Zelle).
No Checks: To keep things simple and secure, we no longer accept personal checks. Card on File: A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. This helps us keep everything running smoothly.
Plan Ahead: Our stylists book up quickly! We recommend scheduling your appointment several weeks in advance to lock in your preferred time.
Appointment Changes: If you need to adjust your appointment, just give us a heads-up-we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations
We completely understand that life happens-things come up, and plans change.
72-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another guest.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be charged 100% of the service cost.
Future Appointments: Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking your next visit. We'll always work with you to find a solution!
Lateness
We value your time and want to give you the full experience you deserve.
15-Minute Grace Period: If you're running late, please give us a quick call. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
20 Minutes or More: If you're more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to avoid disrupting other guests' schedules. A cancellation fee may apply, but we'll work with you to find another time.
Early Arrivals: We love your enthusiasm! But arriving early won't guarantee an earlier start time-we want to give each guest our full attention.
Satisfaction
Your happiness is everything to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within 48 hours. We'll do everything we can to make it right because your confidence means the world to us. While we don't offer refunds, we are deeply committed to making sure you feel beautiful and happy when you leave our salon.
